The site stores the account name, encrypted email address, password hash, email-verification status, account role, privacy acknowledgement, security timestamps, Dao Path records, and support activity needed to operate the service. Verification codes, session tokens, passwords, encryption keys, full card numbers, and bank-login credentials are not displayed in the administrator dashboard.
Signed-in users may save up to 10 encrypted contact or shipping addresses and a checkout profile. A selected address is copied into an encrypted order snapshot only when an order is created. Users can view, edit, set a default, or delete their saved addresses.
When a buyer starts PayPal checkout, we send PayPal the order number, item descriptions, USD item and shipping amounts, and the selected recipient name and delivery address. PayPal processes payment and returns order, capture and transaction status information. We do not receive or store the buyer's full payment-card number or PayPal password.
For first-visit language selection, the server sends the visitor IP address to IPWHOIS.io and requests a country code. Cloudflare Turnstile processes connection and browser signals when an email code is requested. The site records signed-in security and page activity for abuse prevention and support; activity records are retained for up to 90 days, expired email-code records are pruned, and full IP addresses are not written to the account database.
Signed-in customers can use same-origin live support. Conversations store the customer account ID, display name, message body, timestamps, status, and read state on the Quiet Tao Studio server; the account email is not copied into the chat file. Closed conversations are deleted after 90 days, while open conversations remain until closed. Never send passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card numbers in chat.
WeChat, QQ and AI customer-service integrations are not currently active. No support conversation is sent to those services. Before any external notification or AI support provider is activated, this policy must identify the provider, data sent, purpose, retention and any cross-border processing that applies.
