Cancellation after dispatch
These products are handcrafted but are not made to each buyer's personal specifications. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept an ordinary cancellation merely because the buyer changes their mind, except where applicable law provides a non-excludable cancellation or withdrawal right.
This rule does not remove any applicable right concerning non-delivery, transit damage, an incorrect item, missing parts, a material difference from the product description, or a remedy required by law. It also does not prevent a buyer from using an applicable PayPal or card-provider dispute process.
Delivery and unboxing evidence
- Where the carrier provides signature service, the recipient should sign for the parcel. Tracking, signature and shipping-label records may be used as delivery evidence.
- We strongly recommend making one continuous video beginning before the sealed parcel is opened. The recording should clearly show the shipping label, every side of the outer package, the seal, the complete unboxing process, both sides of the talisman pendant, and all included parts.
- Keep the outer and inner packaging, shipping label, product and all included parts until the matter has been resolved.
- Report transit damage, an incorrect item or missing parts promptly to support@tao.noingfushanquan.online. Include the order number, an explanation, and the photographs, video, signature record, tracking record, packaging or other evidence that is available.
An unboxing video is important evidence, but the absence of a video does not automatically cancel statutory rights or an applicable PayPal dispute right. We will consider all credible available evidence. If a buyer provides no material that reasonably supports a claimed damage, incorrect item or missing part, we may request further evidence and may reject an unsupported voluntary refund request where applicable law and payment-provider rules permit.
Damage, incorrect items and missing parts
Contact Quiet Tao Studio first. Where the claim is supported, Quiet Tao Studio will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by the applicable policy or law. Any recovery from the carrier is handled between Quiet Tao Studio and the carrier; the buyer will not be required to pursue the carrier instead of the seller.
Unjustified refusal or return
If the product is undamaged, complete and consistent with its description, and the buyer refuses delivery or sends it back without a qualifying product issue or legal withdrawal right, the buyer may be responsible for the actual outbound, return, repeat-delivery, storage and other carrier costs, but only where applicable law permits and those costs were disclosed before payment.
If Germany or France is opened in the future, eligible consumers will retain the applicable EU 14-day withdrawal right and related statutory remedies. This evidence process will not be used to cancel those rights.
Return authorization and address
Do not send a return without written authorization. Contact support first. The return locality is Zhong'an Weilai Li, Wangtai Town, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. The recipient name, telephone number, postcode, building or unit and any customs instructions needed for a usable courier label will be supplied privately in the return-authorization message. A parcel sent without those instructions may be refused or lost.
When a return is authorized, use a trackable service and keep the receipt. Unless a non-excludable law or an applicable PayPal decision requires otherwise, return shipping is paid by Quiet Tao Studio for a supported damage, incorrect-item or missing-parts claim, and by the buyer for an approved voluntary return.
