Where we ship
Checkout currently accepts physical-product orders only to Japan, South Korea, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand. The United States is not available while its current import-tax route is under review. European Union destinations, including Germany and France, remain unavailable until the EU launch requirements are completed. Mainland China, Myanmar, Pakistan, Russia, and every destination not listed above are unavailable at checkout.
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged in US dollars for each physical item because each item is prepared as a separate tracked parcel. Current checkout charges are: Japan USD 75; South Korea USD 55; Laos USD 25; Vietnam USD 60; Thailand USD 60. The server adds the applicable shipping charge to the item subtotal and sends the same breakdown to PayPal before the buyer approves payment.
The current parcel specification is 20 × 20 × 30 cm. Shipping is provided through SF International Economy. We may change future shipping prices if carrier rates or packaging change, but an accepted order will not be charged more than the total approved in PayPal.
Preparation and delivery estimates
Each item is handcrafted. The planned order-preparation period is up to 15 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take approximately 15 days. This transit period is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may change because of customs, carrier operations, the destination, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Checkout shows the destination, service, shipping charge, item subtotal and final total in USD before the buyer continues to PayPal. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we will not accept an order for it.
Tracking, delivery and addresses
A trackable service is required for every shipment. We will send the tracking number after dispatch. Signature confirmation will be used where the chosen carrier and service provide it. We ship only to the saved address recorded in the PayPal transaction details; requests to redirect a paid order to another address will be refused and may require cancellation and a new order.
The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery name, address, telephone number, and any information reasonably required by the carrier or customs. If an address is incomplete, unsupported, or cannot be served safely, we may cancel and refund the order before dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by incorrect information, unjustified refusal, repeated delivery, storage, or return to sender may be deducted from a voluntary refund only where applicable law and PayPal rules permit.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped on DAP terms. The checkout price includes the item and the displayed outbound shipping charge only. Import duty, import VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier collection fees, and other destination charges are not included. The recipient must pay any such charge directly to the carrier or customs authority under the destination's rules. We do not describe these shipments as duty-paid or DDP.
